I only use the highest quality Tees when making your item (Brands I use are: Gildan - soft-style, Heavy cotton or dry Blend; American Apparel, HANES eco-smart, or Bella Canvas).
Item is customizable.
If you do not want the image on back, please ask for it to be removed in notes section when checking out.

I use a flocked material for the image ( it is a very soft velvet feel), if you would like HTV Vinyl please state in customize section below.
CARE/WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Wash inside out in cold water on gentle and hang dry (do not put the shirt in the dryer machine) to preserve vinyl or Flocked print (If print is flocked, it will be stated above in description).
Do not iron directly on letters. Iron on low heat on the reverse side. Do not use bleach. If your Hoodie, Sweatshirt, or Tshirt wrinkles, flip the shirt inside out and iron it, the wrinkle will go away.

RETURN EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is the responsibility of customer and we do not provide a return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Custom item, sale items or gift cards
EXCHANGE

You are responsible to pay for the return shipping if exchange request is accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting exchange will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUND
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 4 business days.
